Liquid dipping coating materials and performance
Most of the liquid dipping process uses thermoplastic dipping liquid. The thermoplastic coating film has the characteristics of being softened by preheating and being able to solidify into a film after cooling. The main physical melting and plasticizing film forming process, the processing and production are relatively simple. The most typical and commonly used is PVC dipping liquid. It is a synthetic raw material that blends more than 10 advanced additives and additives with PVC in strict accordance with the ratio. It is refined by mixing and reacting.

Mild production conditions are conducive to environmental protection.
